Sunflex 350W Laser Cutting Machine

Laser system Galvanometric laser system with never ending power recharge technology. The laser head remains at a fixed height without any adjustments requirements for each production process work.
Ribbon feed Adjustable tape length controlled by brush-less motors before and after the cutting area. The variation and length of the belt tension are controlled by a stepper motor automatically adjusted by the main control software on board.
Working process An innovating software is supplied with a complete hardware, that grants the maximum precision for each single cut, keeping constant the quality shapes. The automatic centering system on both X and Y axis is ensured for each individual label process through a colour multitouch PLC Beckhoff.

Innovation MEI laser generation laser uses high-speed galvo driver light mirror to steer laser beam together with a dynamic focusing optical device: the laser beam can be guided over the ribbon fabric at extremely high speeds with high precision and repeatability, making it ideal also when high quality marking are required.
Import drawing file All labels or tags outline to be cut can be created using all graphic programs that develop files in vectorial and bitmap format. The drawing files can be imported to the hard disk of the laser machine via USB memory stick or via LAN direct connection. Software upgradeable via android APP.
Internal memory The processed drawings outline files can be stored in the hard disk of the machine and saved in a file register list, making them immediately available for future orders or pasted into another process job.
Chiller This device allows the laser source, keeping to be thermally controlled high quality beam efficiency during the high production process.
Video camera help desk This innovative optional device system reads fiducial marks around the contour to be cut compensating the laser cutting path.
